RPMI was prime consultant in A/E design for the 32,378 s.f. two story building addition and 5,946 s.f. renovation of existing classroom building.

The new building houses three Advanced Technology Classrooms, a Distance Learning Classroom and seven health career labs including:  Radiography, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Nuclear Medicine, Human Patient Simulator,  Standardized Patient Suite, Polysomnography/Respiratory Care/Electroneurodiagnostic programs and Physician and Surgical Physician Assistant programs.

Renovation of the previous lab spaces in the existing classroom building to new classrooms was included in the workscope.

All medical equipment and FF&E was included.  RPMI provided A/E work including project management, architectural and engineering services for this project. 

RPMI was the Primary Architect with Consultants for mechanical, programming and medical equipment.

Cost             $  6,100,000.00
