RPMI was the Prime Consultant for architectural and engineering design for the Theater Complex and Classroom Building at the Eastern Campus of Cuyahoga Community College.

The scope of services included site analysis and selection, programming, preliminary design, final design and construction administration.

RPMI prepared Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical drawings for a 106,000 S.F. Theatre and Classroom Addition.

The project is comprised of three Components – A Theatre, Classrooms, and a Business and Community Area.

The Theatre seats 600 complete with an orchestra pit, a fly gallery accommodating 30 rigs a light/sound and follow spot booth, dressing rooms, green room and scene shop.

The Classroom area includes a faculty suite accommodating 18 offices and ancillary spaces, 23 classrooms seating 40, 50, 65 and 100 students, and a student activities area with a student newspaper room, a student lounge, and a little theatre.  The Business and Community Suite has 3 seminar rooms seating 50 to 180 people, a commissary, and audio/visual room.
