RPMI had total responsibility for A/E design
(including interior design and FF&E), construction documents and supervision for a 55,249 SF renovation and 16,720 SF addition to Chambers Elementary.
The renovation included upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety and ADA codes, window replacement, and new interior finishes.
The addition housed 4 new kindergarten rooms, 6 general classrooms, toilet facilities, a teacher's workroom and a new kitchen and cafeteria. RPMI provided all interior design and was responsible for the selection of furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
