As Architects and Engineers of Record, RPMI worked with the design architect to reconfigure and refurbish this 1925 landmark main library building.

RPMI was also responsible for major architectural and engineering systems renovation (with limited restoration) of this 261,000 S.F., eleven level historic structure.

Upgrading includes plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical power, data, communications, security aid lighting, ADA compliance and new custom and restored historically significant furniture and spaces. Exterior cleaning, tuckpointing and recaulking were also accomplished.
