The
Fenn
Tower
on the campus of
Cleveland
State
University
is on the Register of Historic Places. The building was
formerly a men’s club built in the 1920S, was vacant for
twenty years and was converted to a college building for the
Teaching of Engineering in the 1940s.
In 2005,
Cleveland
State
University
commissioned a team of architects
and engineers to convert the structure to apartments for
student residence halls.
RPMI provided all electrical engineering services.
