Robert P. Madison International, Inc. (RPMI) was Associate Architect for the Jack Casino located in the existing Higbee Building.
RPMI was involved with Code Study, early interior demolition packages, responsible for all vertical transportation, including stairs, escalators and elevators. All packages were created in BIM (Revit Software). RPMI was also responsible for the entire interior core and shell of the third floor which includes Casino Offices, World Series of Poker and V.I.P. Lounge. RPMI worked closely with the Design Architect to coordinate all finishes, and also had responsibility to coordinate MEP and Food Service consultants in the preparation of the Contract Documents.
RPMI’s performance on this project led to being selected to assist again as Associate Architect on the Casino Welcome Center which includes parking for the casino as well as a retail space.
On both projects, RPMI performed Construction Administration activities including RFI and Shop Drawing review. RPMI also performed field observation and punch list service.
RPMI created 52 architectural contract drawings
