Project Manager

Location: Northeast Ohio or New York

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from early concept through construction. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives on managing teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will serve as a steady navigator throughout the design and construction process, guiding multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring every phase meets client expectations and firm standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects independently from programming and design through construction administration.

  • Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and mentor staff to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

  • Coordinate with engineering consultants and other disciplines to produce high-quality construction documents.

  • Ensure projects meet client goals, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.

  • Oversee construction phase services, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with contractors.

  • Ability to mentor emerging professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

  • Licensed Architect preferred but not required

  • Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in an architectural practice.

  • Demonstrated experience working independently to lead project teams while successfully meeting client deadlines, budgets, and expectations.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and project delivery methods.

  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD required.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
