Project Manager
Location: Northeast Ohio or New York
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from early concept through construction. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives on managing teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will serve as a steady navigator throughout the design and construction process, guiding multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring every phase meets client expectations and firm standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects independently from programming and design through construction administration.
Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and mentor staff to ensure successful project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Coordinate with engineering consultants and other disciplines to produce high-quality construction documents.
Ensure projects meet client goals, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Oversee construction phase services, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with contractors.
Ability to mentor emerging professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
Licensed Architect preferred but not required
Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in an architectural practice.
Demonstrated experience working independently to lead project teams while successfully meeting client deadlines, budgets, and expectations.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and project delivery methods.
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD required.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Interior Designer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer who can guide interior design scopes from early concept through construction administration. They serve as the Interior Project Lead, directing project teams, maintaining design intent, and ensuring technical execution aligns with project goals, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day interior project operations, schedules, and team coordination.
Serve as the primary point of contact for interior-related communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Direct, mentor, and support junior staff while reviewing and refining their work.
Oversee quality control, specifications, code compliance, and technical coordination of interior design packages.
Maintain the interior design vision while balancing budget, durability, sustainability, and constructability.
Lead material presentations, mock-ups, and client review and approval processes.
Coordinate closely with the architectural team to maintain a cohesive overall design.
Contribute to internal standards, material libraries, and ongoing team development.
Proactively manage work to meet project schedules and deadlines and support the overall success of the project team.
Qualifications
10+ years of professional interior design experience preferred.
Professional certification, such as NCIDQ, preferred but not required.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and other team members.
Demonstrated ability to lead interior design projects from concept through construction administration.
Strong understanding of interior materials, specifications, building codes, and technical documentation.
Ability to balance design quality with project budgets, schedules, constructability, and sustainability goals.
Willingness to mentor and develop less experienced staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
